As you may have read, The A.V. Club—in conjunction with our friends at The Hideout and at Just For Laughs Chicago—put together a mighty excellent, super-secret comedy show last Thursday night. No performers were announced in advance, and yet all of the tickets sold out in minutes. (You trust us, you really trust us!) Good move, ticket purchasers, since as you know the lineup went like this: Dan Telfer, Cameron Esposito, Eddie Pepitone, Amy Schumer, Kyle Kinane, Jon Glaser (sort of), Janeane Garofalo, Patton Oswalt, Pete Holmes, Brian Posehn, Hannibal Buress, Aziz Ansari.
