Here is the guy who will play NBC's Hannibal Lecter

Resolving perhaps the only mystery anyone actually wanted to be answered by NBC's Hannibal, the Bryan Fuller-produced drama has cast Mads Mikkelsen as its title character, condemning him to weeks if not years of comparison to Anthony Hopkins. Not that Mikkelsen is likely to be affected by such preemptive scrutiny, as the Danish performer—perhaps still best known for Casino Royale—is riding a recent high that saw him nab a Best Actor prize at Cannes as well as a villain role in Thor 2, which should help with the confidence (and maybe even the opportunity to compare notes with Hopkins). Mikkelsen's Dr. Lecter will now co-star opposite the previously announced Hugh Dancy as FBI agent Will Graham, with the two forming a close working relationship that will eventually become complicated by cannibalism, as seen in some of the guerrilla marketing NBC's been rolling out already.
