A while back, we debuted a fantastic track by Watter, a supergroup featuring members of Slint, Grails, and a guest appearance by Tony Levin of King Crimson. Now we’ve got the exclusive debut of a super-dupergroup: Bonnie Stillwatter. It’s a collaboration between Will Oldham—a.k.a. Bonnie Prince Billy—and the members of Watter, all somehow connected to/inspired by Stillwater Artisinal Beer. It looks to be a one-off, with a limited-edition colored vinyl twelve-inch featuring two versions of “The Devil Is People,” the original and a remix by former Tortoise and Gastr Del Sol member Bundy K. Brown. It’s one of Oldham’s more epic songs of late; check it out below.
