Visual effects company Pixomondo has released a new four-minute video demonstrating the process of adding the massive CGI dragons into this past season of Games Of Thrones. The video intercuts between raw footage and the final shots, detailing how the dragons are built from the ground up including their skeletal and muscular systems. It also shows exactly what actress Emilia Clarke is working with in those dragon scenes, sometimes a padded green “dragon’s head” and sometimes nothing at all.
