About a month ago came news and a brief clip of Nasim Pedrad’s Aziz Ansari impression for Saturday Night Live. Part of the sketch that never aired made it onto Conan, but now the whole thing is online courtesy of Funny Or Die. While there are certainly reasons the sketch didn’t make it to air—that a good portion of older, non-A.V. Club reading SNL viewers might not immediately recognize Ansari’s affectations, for instance—it’s actually pretty funny, especially for fans of Ansari’s vocal range and jacket-related exaggerations.
