Here’s the video premiere of By Maker’s “Misgiving” from I, Frankenstein
The Aaron Eckhart-starring epic fantasy graphic novel adaptation I, Frankenstein hits theaters January 24, with Eckhart as the titular creation. In this reimagining, he’s an undead being with superhuman strength named Adam, created by a scientist (Rectify’s Aden Young), and caught between two immortal warring factions.
By Maker—a new duo featuring former Filter guitarist Geno Lenardo and Daniel Davies of Year Long Disaster and Karma To Burn—recorded 10 songs for the soundtrack. The lead track, “Misgiving,” just got a video, which The A.V. Club is premiering below.
I, Frankenstein was written and directed by screenwriter Stuart Beattie (Collateral, Pirates Of The Caribbean), adapted from the graphic novel by Kevin Grevioux (Underworld), and co-stars Bill Nighy, Yvonne Strahovski, Mirando Otto, and Jai Courtney. The full soundtrack will be available on January 7.
