Here’s when Feud and the latest seasons of The Americans and Archer will premiere
You won’t be seeing any new Atlanta until 2018, but you don’t have to wait that long to watch Jessica Lange and Susan Sarandon engage in petty behind-the-scenes rivalry on FX: Feud, the newest series from Ryan Murphy, will sic Lange and Sarandon on one another beginning March 5 at 10 p.m. The first installment in an anthology series dramatizing legendary rivalries, Feud: Bette And Joan depicts the infighting on the set of What Ever Happened To Baby Jane?, which was fueled by the long-simmering tensions between stars Bette Davis and Joan Crawford. (The ghost of the latter is probably phoning her agent in the afterlife to complain about Davis getting top billing in Feud’s first-season subtitle.)
The news broke amid a flurry of announcements made by FX Networks at the Television Critics Association press tour this morning, accompanied by premiere dates for new seasons of The Americans and Archer. The suddenly (and distressingly) relevant Cold War thriller returns March 7 at 10 p.m. on FX, while Archer shifts to FXX (and a noir theme) April 5 at 10 p.m.
