Photographers captured Justin Bieber wearing a Guy Fawkes mask in New York City last night, meaning he’s either a) a huge V For Vendetta fan, b) an Occupy Wall Street sympathizer, c) a fan of The Newsroom, where Guy Fawkes masks and Occupy Wall Street have been recent topics, or d) just some doof in a mask. While it’s most likely that Bieber’s “d,” if anything, wouldn’t it be amazing if the recently spit-filled singer is actually putting on some performance art piece about economic struggle, British royalist politics, and the Gunpowder Plot of 1605? If he’s trying to make a point, though, maybe he should pull up his pants?
