Here's every movie reference from the first five seasons of The Simpsons

The folks at NextMovie have compiled an impressive supercut of every movie reference from the first five seasons of The Simpsons. Most of the allusions are only a few seconds and run the gamut in form and type. There’s wordplay and sight gags (“A deer! A female deer!”), straight-up commentary (“Wait, you forgot your bear—a symbol of your lost youth and innocence!”), and absurdism (Santa’s Little Helper subjected to the Ludovico technique). What’s most striking is how much the show has created laughs by nodding at the drama and horror giants—it frequently drops in references to the likes of Citizen Kane, The Wizard Of Oz, and Psycho.
