Here's how McDonald's Chicken McNuggets are made
Rumors have long circulated about the true origins of fast food, with certain advocates of “real food” claiming that Arby’s roast beef arrives at the restaurant in liquid form, or that McDonald’s Chicken McNuggets are actually made from a hideous, bubble-gum pink slurry. In an attempt to refute that last one, McDonald's Canada has released a video documenting the creation of McNuggets, from actual chicken to actual chicken-like product. The clip is below and, honestly, it actually makes the product look relatively edible, if glamour shots of raw chicken don’t turn your stomach.
The video is part of a larger campaign by McDonald’s Canada to dispel urban legends about its food. The company is currently answering literally any question asked on its website—spelling mistakes and insults, be damned. [via Gawker]
