Here's what it looks like when the Juggalos march on Washington
At long last, the Juggalo March on Washington has arrived, with fans of the Insane Clown Posse streaming in to Washington D.C. today to protest the government’s classification of their group as a “hybrid” gang, a distinction that can be used to make it harder for Juggalos to find work, housing, and access to social services. Meanwhile (and you can insert your own “speaking of clowns” jokes right here) the national mall is also playing host to the pro-Trump “Mother Of All Rallies” this afternoon, an event whose organizers have to feel kind of lousy about being overshadowed by a bunch of enthusiastic supporters of aesthetically unpleasant clown rap.
Luckily, there doesn’t appear to have been any strife between the two groups, mostly because, by all reports, the Juggalos are being extremely chill about their time in the national spotlight. The #JuggaloMarch hashtag is, in fact, a pretty great source of entertainment today, filled as it is with funny signs, people shouting “Family! (amidst some light, on-brand profanity) and a lot of pictures of people in elaborate clown makeup with the Washington Monument in the background.
Pure motherfuckin’ magic.
