The first promo for Larry Wilmore’s The Nightly Show is out, just in time for the sad demise of The Colbert Report. The clip is short, naturally, but shows host Wilmore schmoozing with late night diner patrons, trying to convince them to order “The Wilmore” and teaching old ladies the difference between the actual The Daily Show and The Nightly Show, which will air daily. There’s also a selfie stick, so now you’ll have seen one of those in action. The Nightly Show With Larry Wilmore premieres January 19 on Comedy Central.
