Fans of The Adventures Of Pete And Pete surely know Polaris, the Mark Mulcahy-fronted group that belted out the show’s theme song, “Hey Sandy,” as well as a number of other featured tracks. That group’s touring this fall, and The A.V. Club has the premieres of a brand new video for a brand new track, “Green Big Happy Green Moon Face.” Full of slightly janky stop-motion animation and retro graphics, the clip is perfectly matched to the track, which is both overwhelmingly soothing and just a bit angular.
