Lou Pearlman, the music manager behind every single successful boy band from the '90s (including N Sync and Backstreet Boys), is under federal invesigation for shady business practices. His alleged offenses are too numerous to mention here, but The Orlando Sentinel has plenty of details. Shockingly, the feds don't appear concerned about LFO's horrible hit single, "Summer Girls."
