“Are you still watching?”
Yes, Netflix, of course DVR Club is still watching. A.V. Club copy editor Gwen Ihnat and social media manager Cameron Scheetz buckle down for the next five episodes of Orange Is The New Black, binging from episode three, “Empathy Is A Boner Killer” all the way up to episode seven, “Tongue Tied.” At the season’s midpoint, Gwen and Cameron look back on the changes Litchfield has undergone since its privatization and argue the importance of its flashbacks thus far. But perhaps the biggest question at hand is whether Netflix’s stream-it-all-at-once model is hampering the way viewers talk about the show.
