Variety has the news that Hugh Jackman will star as P.T. Barnum in an original movie musical called Showman. Jenny Bicks, a Sex And The City vet who worked with Jackman during the Academy Awards will script with an eye toward casting Anne Hathaway as Barnum's love interest.
