Early this morning, ?uestlove of The Roots tweeted a video of his band and Ice Cube doing the N.W.A. classic "Straight Outta Compton" as a warm-up before a taping of Late Night With Jimmy Fallon. (Black Thought did Ren's parts with Roots guitarist Captain Kirk Douglas filling in for Eazy.) The video is presumably from Cube's May 28 appearance on the show to promote, um, the television adaptation of Are We There Yet?. (Cube did "It Was A Good Day" during the show to remind us all of happier times.) The video, caught with an iPhone and matched with a mix from the soundboard, is below.
