According to Deadline, noted character actor Scoot McNairy has just joined the cast of two new movies, bringing the total number of projects he’s currently working on to “a whole bunch.” McNairy currently appears on Halt And Catch Fire, will have some role in Batman V. Superman, and is also in the upcoming films War Machine and Sleepless Night, and that’s not counting all of the other movies and TV shows he has done in the last decade. The new films we can add to that list are Jody Hill’s The Legacy Of A Whitetail Deer Hunter, which stars Josh Brolin and Danny McBride, and 478, an Arnold Schwarzenegger-starring thriller that’s based on a true story about a guy who gets revenge on the air traffic controller he blames for the death of his family. Now, if McNairy can keep up this streak, maybe soon he’ll be famous enough that we won’t have to keep double-checking that the name Scoot McNairy isn’t a typo.
