This month, Universal Studios Hollywood opened a new attraction at The Wizarding World Of Harry Potter, “The Dark Arts At Hogwarts Castle”—a light projection show that uses state-of-the-art special effects, immersive sound design, and an atmospheric score by John Williams to unleash all manners of dark creatures on Hogwarts Castle. At the grand opening of the show, we spoke with Stephen Siercks, senior director of entertainment productions at Universal Hollywood about the new “Dark Arts” show.
