Internet radio goes silent

Internet radio stations all over cyberspace are silent today in protest of sharp increases in royalty payments for artists and record labels. The royalty increase means some stations will pay more than they make when the hike kicks in July 15, which obviously ain't so good for business. A one-day stoppage likely won't help much on its own, though it's hoped the publicity might result in some relief. So, here's your publicity…
