Welcome to Choose Your Pop, The A.V. Club’s new bite-size series featuring our editors’ favorite pop culture! Each week, the editors from four of our sections—film, TV, music, and books—will get together and make a pitch for their respective choices, based around a particular theme. The catch: They’ve only got 20 seconds to sell each other on the strength of their recommendations.
