It's The Opposition With Jordan Klepper against Me, Myself & I
Here’s what up in the world of TV for Monday, September 25. All times are Eastern.
Top pick
Me, Myself & I (CBS, 9:30 p.m.): If time travel shows were all the rage last fall, then timeline-juggling series have stepped up in their place this year. In addition to This Is Us, there’s this new sitcom from Dan Kopelman (Galavant, Malcolm In The Middle), which stars Jack Dylan Grazer, Bobby Moynihan, and John Larroquette as the same lead character. They all play Alex Riley, a wannabe inventor, at different ages: 12, 40, and 65, respectively. But there’s only one Jaleel White here, and Randall Colburn is going to see how he fits into this time-jumping story.

Transparent (Amazon)
Wild card
The Opposition With Jordan Klepper (Comedy Central, 11:30 p.m.): Daily Show alum Jordan Klepper steps into fellow Daily Show alum Stephen Colbert’s old time slot with this send-up of the “alt-right” media. If the Colbert Report centered on a blustering, oblivious pundit, then The Opposition is led by a blustering, oblivious Twitter account. Dennis Perkins is going to emerge from the deep state to weigh in on the premiere.
