Let’s all hope that Jacob Tremblay handles the transition from child to adult stardom gracefully, because right now he seems to be taking his post-Room success fully in stride. Recently, Tremblay got his adorable all over an episode of Billy On The Street, and now he’s gearing up to face an even more intimidating foe: The Predator. Tremblay has been cast in Shane Black’s upcoming reboot as the autistic son of Boyd Holbrook’s character, an ex-Marine who, as The Hollywood Reporter puts it, “discovers the existence of fierce aliens but finds that no one believes they exist.” Whether he’ll convince the big dreadlocked monster to give up his murderous ways with a smile and a hug remains to be seen.
