James Blake—not James Blunt—wins this year's Mercury Prize

Electronic artist James Blake has won the Mercury Prize, the annual award recognizing the best U.K. album of the year, as decided on by a panel of music critics, industry people, and other esteemed members of the British musical commonwealth. Blake’s Overgrown took top honor over odds-on favorites David Bowie and Arctic Monkeys, as well as a slate of viable contenders that included Jon Hopkins, Disclosure, Foals, and Savages. But just in case he was maybe feeling a little too proud of himself, host Lauren Laverne also introduced him as “James Blunt,” just like what happens to him every day on the Internet. (She later tweeted an apology, sort of.) Here’s a song from James Blake.

Just kidding. Here’s an actual song from Blake.

Ha ha. No really.
