James D’Arcy and Enver Gjokaj are returning for season two of Agent Carter

As we reported back in May, Marvel’s Agent Carter is moving to Los Angeles for its second season—a season that will, presumably, be filled with a lot more establishing shots of girls rollerskating down a boardwalk, people in sports cars driving past fancy stores, and street signs referencing where famous people live. At the time, all we knew was that Hayley Atwell’s Peggy Carter would be making the trip, but we assumed that her best pal Jarvis (James D’Arcy) would be tagging along. We were less certain that Enver Gjokaj (who played Agent Sousa, her best work pal) would be coming along as well, though.

It turns out that we were right on one of those counts: According to Entertainment Weekly, both D’Arcy and Gjokaj will be sticking with Agent Carter when it returns to ABC for its second season. Other prominent actors from season one, like Chad Michael Murray, Bridget Regan, and Lyndsy Fonseca are apparently still working on deals, but it sounds like there’s a good chance they’ll all be coming back as well. One person who won’t be returning, though, is Captain Steve Rogers, Peggy’s true love. He died after heroically crashing an experimental Nazi super-plane into the ocean—as seen in the documentary film Captain America: The First Avenger.
