Jane The Virgin has a lot on her plate right now
Here’s what’s happening in the world of television for Wednesday, April 10. All times are Eastern.
Top pick
Jane The Virgin (The CW, 9 p.m.): Jane The Virgin has never not worn its telenovela roots on its sleeve, but in its final season (sniff), it sure is leaning in. If you’re not caught up on the series, do not, under any circumstances, watch the video below. If you are, then you’ve already clicked.
That’s a lot for any young mother and up-and-coming novelist to handle. Oliver Sava will do his best to cope.
Regular coverage
What We Do In The Shadows (FX, 10 p.m.)
Wild card
Schitt’s Creek (Pop, 10 p.m., fifth season finale): One of Canada’s greatest exports ends its penultimate season tonight, with the opening of Cabaret and an absent Stevie looming large. Schitt’s has had an unsurprisingly excellent fifth season and we’re very excited about this capper. Expect a great Dan Levy performance from the show, and a pile of teary tissues from us.
