Jay Z and Tyler, The Creator ride along on Frank Ocean’s latest single, “Biking”
Frank Ocean released another episode of his Beats 1 show Blonded Radio last night, dropping a 90-minute playlist of everything from Death Grips and Young Thug to The Doobie Brothers and Patti LaBelle. Just like the last time he took to the Apple mic, though, Ocean finished his show up with a new single, this one titled “Biking” and featuring appearances from Jay Z and Tyler, The Creator
The rappers’ performances bookend a crooning wail from Ocean, filled with longing and reminders that “God gives you what you can handle.” Even when the song builds to a shouting climax, though, it still keeps hold of that dream-like quality that makes Ocean’s work such an easy vibe to drift into. The artist has been releasing a new episode of Blonded Radio roughly every month, so hopefully it won’t be long before he’s back again with new material.
