Never one to be out-hyped by Kanye West, Jay Z has announced his own, even bigger North American tour. The Magna Carter World Tour kicks off Nov. 30 in St. Paul, Minnesota, stops in 34 different cities, and runs well into 2014. Maybe all the dates below will make up for the general lackluster nature of Magna Carta Holy Grail.
