Jim Gaffigan says he has the face for movies about the ’60s

Jim Gaffigan isn’t really known for being in dramas, but he’s had a small streak of roles in dramatic movies like Experimenter, Chuck, and the upcoming Chappaquiddick. The movie examines the controversial 1969 car accident in which campaign strategist Mary Jo Kopechne drowned and Ted Kennedy was driving. In the video above, Gaffigan, who plays lawyer Paul Markham in the film, discusses how he became involved with the project, and why it took so long to get made.
