Jimmy Kimmel made a porn parody of Trump's current legal woes

Before breaking her non-disclosure agreement and publicly sharing the details of her affair with President Donald Trump on 60 Minutes last month, adult film star Stormy Daniels appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live! for a game of charades that said everything without her saying much of anything at all. Now, Kimmel is revisiting the story in the wake of news that Trump and his lawyers would like to resolve the matter in private arbitration, a closed-door process in which legal disputes are resolved by a third party.

Now, since “private arbitration” isn’t a household term, Kimmel decided it was best to explain the process in a manner befitting the case itself: that is, as a porn. In a sparse courtroom, a hunky litigator breaks down the process for a busty colleague who’d rather get down to business than discuss it. Kimmel may need to keep these actors on retainer: Daniels’ lawyer Michael Avenatti just requested information from the Treasury Department regarding “suspicious” activity surrounding the $130,000 in hush money Trump’s lawyer paid Daniels.

In the meantime, let’s wonder why Daniels didn’t just act in the skit herself. She’s killed it on Party Down, after all.
