Jimmy Kimmel's Lost finale special will feature three alternate endings

If the promise of Jimmy Kimmel trading quips with the cast and crew of Lost isn’t enough to get you to tune in to his Jimmy Kimmel Live: Aloha To Lost post-finale special, how about this: Executive producers Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse have confirmed it will feature three alternate endings for the show which will only be broadcast there (before being available on YouTube in perpetuity, of course). This will ostensibly give Cuse and Lindelof—and diehard Lost fans who have been scripting the show’s endgame since the second episode—the chance to exorcise all of their possible finale demons at once, and if we had to guess, we’d say it would likely including the inevitable “it was all a dream” sequence and at least one inside joke, like having Matthew Fox wake up on the set of Party Of Five or something. Hey, did anyone ever stop to consider that the entire run of Lost might just be a vast conspiracy created with the sole intention of getting people to watch Jimmy Kimmel? Think about it.
