Jodie Whittaker’s run as the Thirteenth Doctor will officially begin when Doctor Who returns to the BBC and BBC America later this year, but today we’ve got a (very) brief teaser for some of the new friends we can look forward to meeting during the new Doctor’s adventures. This teaser is extremely light on “adventures,” though, unless you consider watching TV and eating pizza to be an adventure, which are a little less exciting than the average Doctor Who plot. Still, Whittaker’s Doctor is here, wearing her funky pants and her big coat, and this is a nice “keep ‘em wanting more” tease for a longer trailer that we assume will be coming out of Comic-Con in a few days.
