Joey Fatone to hasten end of days with ’N Sync lip sync contest at ’90s bar crawl

Think Brooklyn has a lock on cashing in on twentysomething nostalgia for all things ’90s? Well, Cleveland, Ohio, would like to you to talk to the hand. On July 11, the city’s bar-heavy Warehouse District is hosting an I Love My ’90s Bar Crawl whose marquee event is an ’N Sync song lip sync contest judged by Joey Fatone himself.

To make the whole thing even more enticing, the winner will receive Rascal Flatts tickets. Other crawl features include gift cards for the best ’90s getups and complimentary fanny packs and slap bracelets. All of this retro rehashing is for a good cause, however: The Facebook event encourages people to “get crunked” during the crawl in support of Planned Parenthood. Tickets start at $15, which is a small price to pay in order to saturate your childhood memories with booze, bad decisions, and Puff Daddy songs.
