It may have cost many billions of dollars, but acquiring Fox was but one small step in Disney’s path to world domination, which will continue with the launch of its very own streaming service. Disney+ will not only be the exclusive home of all the movies and shows in the studio’s vast, multi-armed library, but it will be loaded with original titles–like new TV shows, spinoffs, sequels, and all the branded content your eyeballs can handle. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the Disney+ lineup will also include a new Monsters, Inc. animated series featuring the full original voice cast because Disney is John Goodman’s God now. Celebrities really are just like us.

Described as an “animated spinoff,” Monsters At Work will premiere on Disney+ in 2020 with the original cast of characters and their respective vocal counterparts: Sulley (John Goodman), Mike Wazowski (Billy Crystal), Celia (Jennifer Tilly), Yeti (John Ratzenberger), and Roz (Bob Peterson). In addition to returning characters, the series will introduce some new faces voiced by Ben Feldman (Superstore), Kelly Marie Tran (Star Wars: The Last Jedi), Henry Winkler (who needs no introduction), Alanna Ubach (who shouldn’t need an introduction, but fine: The Brady Bunch Movie), Aisha Tyler (Archer), Lucas Neff (Raising Hope), and Stephen Stanton (Star Wars Resistance).

Monsters At Work takes place six months after the events of the first film, as Monstropolis is now powered by the laughter of children instead of their screams. Feldman voices Tyler Tuskmon, a mechanic who dreams of joining Mike and Sulley on the Laugh Floor. Tran voices Val Little, Tyler’s BFF, while Winkler plays Fritz, their boss.

The Monsters, Inc. series is the latest addition to an ambitious lineup that includes a remake of Lady And The Tramp starring Tessa Thompson, and new Marvel shows featuring Loki and Scarlet Witch. Disney+ is expected to launch sometime later this year.
