Judd Apatow’s daughter to guest star on Girls

In what might not be the most self-aware move for a show frequently accused of the three N’s (narcissism, nepotism, and navel-gazing), Entertainment Weekly reports that Judd Apatow’s daughter will guest star on the fourth season of Girls. The 15-year-old Maude Apatow previously played a thinly veiled version of herself in her dad’s movies Knocked Up, Funny People, and This Is 40, so playing a thinly veiled version of herself on the show her dad executive produces should be no problem. She’s also big on Twitter, for whatever that’s worth. Previously announced Girls season four guest stars include Natasha Lyonne, Gillian Jacobs, Zachary Quinto, Jason Ritter, and Marc Maron.
