Justine Bateman talks about getting behind the camera

Justine Bateman has been active in film and television for more than 30 years, getting her start as Mallory on Family Ties and appearing in Desperate Housewives, Lois & Clark: The New Adventures Of Superman, and alongside her brother on Arrested Development. After all that acting experience, she’s getting behind the camera. Her directorial debut, Five Minutes, a short film, premiered at this year’s Toronto International Film Festival. In the video above, Bateman talks about making the jump to directing.
