Kanye and Knievel make peace, say "cheese"
After Evel Kneivel got all up on Kanye West following his parody of the famed stuntman in the 2006 video for his song "Touch The Sky," the two stars have buried the hatchet. According to an extremely vague press release (one that, of course, mentions no dollar figure), West and Knievel "have amicably resolved and dismissed the case." Knievel had claimed that West's video infringed on his trademark and image by using "vulgar, sexual, and racially questionable content." West met Knievel in his Tampa home to shake hands and make nice; miraculously, a photographer happened to be on hand to capture the magic moment for history:
