After skipping the Cult season so she could work on her Netflix show Disjointed, Kathy Bates is heading back to American Horror Story for whatever crazy shit it’s planning to take on in season eight. That’s according to Entertainment Weekly, which says Bates, Sarah Paulson, and Evan Peters will be the three leads of the season, but that’s pretty much all we know about it. Entertainment Weekly says there’s a rumor going around that it will be called Radioactive, but series creator Ryan Murphy is being cagey on that topic. He says they have “cleared a lot of titles” for the show, but he “can neither confirm nor deny” if it will be called American Horror Story: Radioactive.
If it is, we just hope it follows the Coven season’s many Fleetwood Mac references with some bizarre nods to Imagine Dragons.
