King Of Kong update: Steve Wiebe sets a new Donkey Kong Jr. score
We know that y'all will remain excited forever and ever about who has the highest Donkey Kong score in history: underdog school teacher Steve Wiebe or his arch-nemesis, the long-haired Billy Mitchell. (If you haven't seen the documentary The King Of Kong, you probably should. And then read my weird, lengthy impromptu interview with Mitchell here.)
Today's news: Steve Wiebe just set a new high score on Donkey Kong Jr. And it turns out Billy Mitchell wasn't even the current champ—it was some dude named Ike Hall. Mitchell is only the third greatest Donkey Kong Jr. player in the world. (But he's still the DK champ.) Do we smell a sequel?
Here's the story from Joystiq.
