Fans of raining fire, paganism, and Kit Harington’s abs will find much to love in the new trailer for Pompeii. The Paul W.S. Anderson film only started shooting this spring, but here it's already set for release on Feb. 21, 2014—something that maybe doesn’t bode all that well for quality effects, or suggests the invention of some new, super-quick CGI process the world has never known. Either way, the Pompeii trailer makes the whole movie look a little hokey, with Harington struggling against the tyranny of classism in an attempt to woo a noble girl played by Emily Browning. Kiefer Sutherland, Jared Harris, Paz Vega, and Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje are also involved in an ancillary fashion. Watch out for falling volcanic rock.
