Kit Harington, Kate Mara, and Michael B. Jordan have all been asked to test for the new Fantastic Four movie

Jon Snow could be the Fantastic Four’s next Mr. Fantastic—or not. Fox is testing a number of actors for the roles of Reed “Mr. Fantastic” Richards and Sue “The Invisible Girl” Storm, including Game Of Thrones’ Kit Harington. This Is England’s Jack O’Connell and The Spectacular Now’s Miles Teller are also trying out for Richards, while Hanna star Saoirse Ronan and House Of Cards’ Kate Mara are testing for Storm.

According to Variety, only Friday Night Lights’ Michael B. Jordan has been asked to test for Johnny “The Human Torch” Storm, but that could always change. The Associated Press talked to Jordan about the project, and, unsurprisingly, he'd totally be down for it, calling the film's director, Chronicle's Josh Trank, "a buddy of mine."

So far, no actors have been bandied around as possibilities to play either the film’s villain or Ben “The Thing” Grimm.

Trank is said to be hoping (of course) to turn the Fantastic Four film into a viable franchise that doesn’t star Jessica Alba.
