Korn looking to butcher other people's songs for a change
All you Korn fans (Hello? Is this thing on?) may remember the band's Unplugged session from a few years back, which included a cover of Radiohead's "Creep." Apparently, making Thom Yorke cry bloody tears was so much fun that they've decided to try giving The Korn Treatment™ to other artist's music, and are currently hard at work on an all-covers album. The as-yet untitled record (may we suggest Gettin' Kornholed?) already includes songs by Psychedelic Furs, Faith No More, and a sure-to-be-classic rendition of Nine Inch Nails' "Head Like A Hole." Oh, it gets better: Korn frontman Jonathan Davis has a wish list, including "Prince's 'Erotic City,' Ozzy Osbourne's 'Diary of a Madman' and Debbie Deb's 'Lookout Weekend' as done by Lisa Lisa & Cult Jam." Well, there's no reason to think this will be anything but a success! Any other suggestions for songs you'd like to see "reimagined" by Davis and Co.?
