Kristen Schaal and Mad Men's John Slattery join The National for "Conversation 16" video

You know how much we love The National (and last year’s High Violet) here at The A.V. Club. But we love The National even more now that the band has partnered with some other people we love—like Mad Men’s John Slattery and comedienne Kristen Schaal—for the new “Conversation 16” video. Sure, when we first heard the song, we pictured more of a zombie narrative. But a video where Slattery and National singer Matt Berninger play Secret Service agents protecting a very presidential-looking Schaal works, too.
