Lady Gaga’s Joanne is now available for streaming

Although it seems like she never really went away, what with the whole American Horror Story gig and winning a Golden Globe and all, it’s been two years since Lady Gaga released a proper studio album. She’s been teasing her new one, Joanne, for about a month now—contributing to the déjà vu we’re feeling right now, no doubt—and now the full album is officially available for streaming on Spotify.

Joanne was produced by Gaga and Mark Ronson, and features such musical luminaries as Beck, Florence Welch, Tame Impala’s Kevin Parker, Josh Homme, and special crystal-theft consultant Father John Misty. The album is dedicated to Gaga’s late aunt, Joanne, a frustrated poet and artist who has been a source of inspiration to Gaga throughout her career. In 2011, she told Billboard: “I never met her, but she’s been one of the most important figures in my life,” adding that she felt a duty to “finish (Joanne’s) business” by becoming an artist.
