Lana del Rey and Lady Gaga used to share the same manager, but apparently that connection wasn't enough to sustain their relationship. Rey wrote a hate song a while back directed at Gaga, “So Legit,” and it just leaked onto the Internet a couple of days ago. YouTube has since taken it down at the request of Universal Music Group, but Gaga defender Perez Hilton has preserved it so you can hear (and read) it for yourself below. The juxtaposition of sweet sounds and hateful lyrics certainly makes for an interesting listening experience.
Lady Gaga’s fans (“Little Monsters”) are, of course, freaking out on Rey via Twitter and Facebook, but Gaga herself has yet to respond.
