Suggesting we’ve reached some sort of event horizon of fame-whoring, Laurence Fishburne’s 19-year-old daughter Montana has decided to release a porn film as the “important first step in my career,” hoping that the Vivid-produced, tantalizingly titled DVD Montana Fishburne (tagline “An A-List Daughter Makes Her XXX Debut”) will help her make a name for herself and eventually land her the many acting roles that apparently can’t be achieved with simple nepotism:
"I view making this movie as an important first step in my career," Montana said. "I've watched how successful Kim Kardashian became and I think a lot of it was due to the release of her sex tape by Vivid.
"I'm hoping the same magic will work for me. I'm impatient about getting well-known and having more opportunities and this seemed like a great way to get started on it."
So, "being Kim Kardashian": officially a career option for young girls now. Fishburne’s video will be released on Aug. 18, at which point presumably the offers will start rolling in.
