Leonard Cohen recuperating from on-stage collapse
Reportedly felled by food poisoning, legendary singer-songwriter-poet Leonard Cohen collapsed on-stage in Valencia, Spain this past Friday night, in the middle of singing "Bird On A Wire." Cohen spent the night in a nearby hospital then was released Saturday morning, and is expected to perform tonight in Barcelona. We're happy to hear that one of our favorite musicians is okay, and think he should consider incorporating some kind of collapse into the act on a regular basis. Perhaps at the end of "Sisters Of Mercy" he could become quietly overwhelmed with ennui.
