Let's all feign surprise that the Sandman TV series isn't happening
Every time we report on a possible adaptation of Neil Gaiman’s The Sandman, it’s always tempered with heavy skepticism, and here’s yet another example of why: That Warner Bros.-backed TV show based on the landmark comic series—the one that would have been overseen by Supernatural creator Eric Kripke—has already been scrapped, with Kripke telling reporters at PaleyFest that it “just didn’t quite happen this season through nobody’s fault, and hopefully we can do it again in the future.” See you back here in six months, Sandman adaptation rumor.
