Lindsay Lohan has been ordered back to jail—like, right now, having been led away in handcuffs after the judge refused to even listen to defense arguments for setting bail. Lohan had returned to court after admitting to failing a drug test—testing positive for cocaine and amphetamines (though the latter was later revealed to be caused by her legal prescription for Adderall)—and will now face the judge again during an Oct. 22 hearing, which we’re guessing won’t go so well either. In the meantime, she’s serving her third stint in jail overall and second this year, with her last sentencing ending in an early release due to overcrowding and followed by a similarly reduced stint in rehab. All of these things Lohan recently chalked up to her life being a “work in progress.” Today, progress marches on.
