Dead Meadow hasn’t released a fully original album in about five years, but the band’s got one coming out in a couple of weeks. Warble Womb is out Oct. 7 digitally via the band’s own Xemu Records imprint, and marks the return of original member Mark Laughlin, who hasn’t played with the group since 2001’s Howls From The Hills. The A.V. Club has the exclusive premiere of one of the album’s tracks, “Copper Is Restless (‘Til It Turns To Gold),” below.
Dead Meadow is touring Europe this fall, and will be playing the States this winter. A list of current tour dates is also below.
